Kid’s Club Before and After School Child Care program will only operate during the school year. A school calendar may be obtained in the Trevor-Wilmot School’s Main Office. Care is only scheduled for the days that the children are supposed to attend school, although care is usually available for most in-service days and scheduled closings.

Full day child care is available throughout the summer from 6:30am to 6pm.

Your child’s daily activities may include:

Before School (6:30 to 8:30) – There will be many different board games and puzzles for them to work on and play with. There will be an art area set up with crayons, markers, paints, scissors, glue and several other art supplies. Kid’s Club also has many different legos and blocks for the children to build with. For the younger children, there is also a dramatic play area. The children may also occasionally be allowed to watch videos (rated PG or lower). Breakfast: If you would like your child to have breakfast in the morning at Kid’s Club you will need to supply the food on a daily basis or your child may attend the breakfast program at Trevor-Wilmot for approximately $1.05.

4K Wrap-Around Care (11:00 to 3:30) After the Trevor-Wilmot 4K Morning Program, Kid’s Club will pick up your child and bring them to our Kid’s Club classroom. There, the children will start their afternoon by going to lunch. Children will be allowed to use the school lunch program or they will need to bring a nutritious/healthy peanut-free lunch. After lunch, the children will have a short rest time (some children may rest for a longer period of time if your child needs it). Then during our 4K wrap-around program the children will be included in a Joyce’s Preschool pre-kindergarten program. The program’s activities will include educational center time, a daily project, story time, group time, large motor activities and if possible an outside play time.

After School (3:30 to 6:00) – After School children will be offered a snack. After snack, they will be encouraged to do a daily arts and craft project provided by the staff, work on their home work or as in the morning, there will be many different board games and puzzles for them to work and play with. There will be an art area set up with crayons, markers, paints, scissors, glue and many several art supplies. Kid’s Club also has many different legos and blocks for the children to build with. For the younger children, there is also a dramatic play area. The children may also occasionally be allowed to watch videos (rated PG or lower).  Weather permitting will go outside to play on the playground.

Full Day Child Care (6:30 TO 6:00) – On teacher in-service days and other days where the school may be closed, care may be provided for an extra fee. Approximately 2 weeks prior to the day off, Kid’s Club will send home a sign up/information form about the full day child care options available. A minimum of 8 children need to sign up for care on these days for the care to be provided here at Trevor-Wilmot School. If we do not get 8 children signed up for care, no care may be provided or care may be available at an alternate Kid’s Club location: Bristol, Riverview, Salem or Wheatland.
